Ovaj sistem omogućava bržu, precizniju i transparentniju provjeru svih ban slučajeva.

Od sada svaki ban na **Balkan CS Legends** serveru dobija svoj jedinstveni broj slučaja.
Primjer:

Case ID predstavlja jedinstvenu oznaku vašeg ban slučaja.
Pomoću njega administracija može pronaći i provjeriti sve informacije povezane sa vašim banom.

📋 Kako podnijeti zahtjev za unban?

Prije otvaranja zahtjeva potrebno je:
1️⃣ Otvoriti:
🌐 bans.balkan-cs.com
2️⃣ Pronaći svoj ban i pregledati detalje slučaja.
3️⃣ Kopirati svoj Case ID.
Primjer:
BCS-0426
4️⃣ Otvoriti novi zahtjev za unban na forumu.
5️⃣ Popuniti formular i detaljno opisati situaciju.
6️⃣ Priložiti dokaz ukoliko ga posjedujete.

Više nije potrebno ručno unositi:

With the release of the new **BCS Ban System** and **Ban Registry**, the procedure for submitting an unban request has changed.
From now on, every ban issued on the **Balkan CS Legends** server receives its own unique Case ID.
Example:

The Case ID is the unique reference number of your ban case.
It allows the administration team to locate and review all information connected to your ban.
